Brand evolution and campaign thinking for a tech pioneer. A brand evolution and marketing campaign for an indoor air quality company — developing a new look and feel, campaign direction, and visual assets aligned to shifting market priorities.
The Challenge R-Zero had a strong product and a clear mission, making indoor spaces healthier through UVC disinfection, but a brand that leaned heavily into a cool, electric blue palette that felt technical without feeling human. As the market shifted and the audience broadened, the brand needed warmth, range, and a campaign language that could connect the science to the people it was protecting.
My Role I extended R-Zero's existing brand system, developed campaigns from the ground up, and built a library of data visualizations to help customers understand the real-world impact of clean air technology.
Brand Evolution I introduced a warm photographic treatment and expanded the color palette beyond the original electric blue monotone, giving the brand emotional range without losing its technical credibility. The result was a visual system that could speak to facilities managers and school administrators without feeling cold or corporate.
Campaign Development From "Thrive In" to "The Science of Smarter Spaces," I built campaign directions that connected R-Zero's product capabilities to the human moments that made them matter — workplaces, schools, communities. Photography curation was central to this, finding imagery that felt alive and inclusive rather than staged.
Data Visualization Some of the most impactful work I did at R-Zero lived in the data. I designed a suite of visualizations that translated complex efficacy and sustainability metrics into clear, compelling graphics — making the case for clean air in the language of ROI, carbon footprint, and competitive performance. This work became a core part of the sales and marketing toolkit.
